Acceptance

By using this website or booking a program, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged your requested date in writing. Prices shown on the pricing page apply to standard programs; on-campus mobile museum visits are quoted individually based on group size and schedule.

Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Purchase orders from schools and districts are accepted.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a date. We will always try to reschedule rather than cancel. Visits may be postponed for severe weather or unsafe site conditions at no penalty.

Site requirements and safety

The host site is responsible for providing a flat, paved area suitable for parking the trailer and deploying the entry ramp, plus access to power. School staff remain responsible for student supervision and discipline during a visit. Participants must follow instructions from IA staff at all times.

Waivers

A completed participation waiver is required for each student before taking part in an activity.

Virtual tour access

Virtual tour access is licensed to the purchasing classroom or grade level for the stated access period. Access links, cheat sheets, quizzes and certificates are for educational use by that group and may not be redistributed publicly.

Intellectual property

All curriculum content, exhibit designs, branding and site content are the property of Intergalactic Adventures. Teachers may reproduce provided classroom materials for their own students.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold inside the mobile unit on the field trip date, subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from a program or from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the program in question.
