We collect the information you provide directly through our booking, contact and waiver forms — typically a name, school or organization name, email address, phone number and requested activity date.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.

Children's privacy

Our programs serve students in grades K–6, but this website is directed at teachers, administrators, and parents or guardians — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Student information reaches us only when a parent, guardian or school staff member submits it, for example on a participation waiver. We use that information solely to run the scheduled activity and we do not use it for advertising.

If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us at 954.367.5305 and we will delete it.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver visits and virtual tours, process waivers, and send information related to a booking you requested. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver our programs, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Photography and media

We sometimes photograph or record visits for educational and promotional use. Parents and guardians may opt out on the participation waiver, and schools may request removal of any specific image at any time.

Data retention and security

We keep booking and waiver records only as long as needed for the activity and our record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
